What Fabric do you use for Swimwear?

We usually work with santaconstancia fabric. Our most used for beachwear are:
Amni Light CO2 (Eco CO2 Control. UV Protection. Composition: Amni, Poliamide and Spandex)
Fluity CO2 (Eco CO2 Control. UV Protection. Composition: Amni, Poliamide and Spandex)
Sublime (used on our exclusive printed products. Composition: Polyester and spandex)
Jeans ( Poliamide and Spandex)

What colors are available? Do you have a palette to choose from?

We do have most plain colors.
We have exclusive prints for each collection that we are providing only for international private label customers
Also, in case you need any specific style of print, please send us a briefing and we can search it among our suppliers.
In this case, kindly note minimum of 50 bikini set or 50 one piece minimum. Also, kindly check delivery times

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROTOTYPE A COLLECTION?
Prototyping sample suits usually takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks, depending on the time of year. Once you approve the prototype sample, it takes about 4-6 weeks to complete production.  The swimwear is shipped from our Porto Alegre location.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO LAUNCH MY OWN SWIMWEAR COLLECTION? 
The final cots of your SWIMWEAR COLLECTION would depend on the complexity and accessories applied to each swim suits.  Embellishments can add as much as 50% to the total cost of a swim suits. 

Sourcing, development and/or consulting requires an upfront non refundable payment.  This includes time spent setting up your account in our facility, training our sewers on your specific styles, continual correspondence and sourcing products exclusively for your collection.  

WHAT PATTERNS AND ACCESSORIES CAN I USE TO DEVELOP MY SWIMWEAR DESIGNS?
As for prints, You can choose any of the designs on our website. we can also print any design for you, but that entails an extra fee and may require more time.   As for Solid colors, we can get almost any solid color you can think of.  Extra fees apply. We also have access to accessory suppliers so if you have something specific in mind we can check if it’s available in the market.  We use standard size tags for the inside of the suits, but if you want customized labels with your name those will have to be provided. Or we can source for you.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PATTERNS ONCE FINISHED PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT?  
We keep all our patterns in our offices, all designs are our property, we do not sell, copy or share them with any other companies. 

CAN I PRINT MY OWN EXCLUSIVE FABRIC DESIGN?
Developing bikinis with your exclusive design is possible but largely depends on your budget and deadline constraints. If you'd like to develop your own fabric design you'll have to send us your designs.  This exclusive print process will give you access to the best design, print and color technology available. We can duplicate any design you send in digital format tiff and in the color of your choice. However, you must commit to ordering a minimum of 30 suits in just this one print.

IF I DO WORK WITH YOU, CAN I HAVE THE FABRIC SENT DIRECTLY TO YOU?
Yes. When you have placed an order, fabric can be sent directly to us and we can store it until we cut and sew it. This is very common for our long distance customers.  Any fabric that is left over after production is yours, and your responsibility.  Any fabric left longer than 6 months is sold to closeout companies.  

HOW DO I FOLLOW THE DEVELOPING PROGRESS?
We’ll frequently update you by email or phone. We’ll also send pictures of the prototype on a mannequin or real body if you prefer. We will send you the prototype (at your expense) for your final approval before we go ahead and produce your pieces in the combination of sizes you request. The mix of sizes can include X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, XL and even 2X

CAN YOU ADD MY LOGO?
Yes, we can add your logo to hang tags, labels and sanitary stickers. You must supply all these accessories. If needed we can source for you,  however you will have to pay us once we find and order what you need.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER AND SUPPLIES?
Shipping fees depend on which expedited service we use, final destination, number of packages and gross weight. We always ship the best lower shipping rate thru FedEx or DHL.
